Products distinguished by the "Jakość Tradycja" label are characterized by traditional ingredients or traditional manufacturing methods, which determine their exceptional quality.
The raw materials used in the production of our pasta are GMO-free, and our suppliers adhere to at least good manufacturing and farming practices.

In Ludwin we make pasta just like our mothers, grandmothers, and great-grandmothers did. The unchanged recipe for years. Four eggs per kilogram of flour and water, rolling, cutting, and drying. Pasta like homemade. "Once made by hand, now with the help of technology."
VEGAN BIOCERT CERTIFICATE
Our Super Grains pasta-Gigli and Penn, have received the VEGAN certification from Biocert company. This means that these pastas do not contain any ingredients of animal origin or animal by-products.

IFS FOOD

IFS BROKER
IFS Broker is a quality standard used in the food industry, defining requirements for quality management, hygiene, and control procedures for companies involved in the trade of food products. Possessing an IFS Broker certificate by a pasta manufacturer signifies that the company meets high food safety standards and is ready to trade its products in international markets, which can contribute to increasing customer trust and enable access to new distribution channels.
ISO 9001
The PN-EN ISO 9001 standard contains requirements for quality management systems and is intended for organizations aiming to demonstrate the ability to consistently provide products that meet customer requirements and legal regulations, while striving to enhance customer satisfaction. The standard is applicable to various organizations regardless of their type or size.
Caritas
POL-MAK company initiated a partnership with Caritas Lublin in 2012. The cooperation aims at a simple and clear goal: the packaging of POL-MAK pasta, specifically the "Traditional 4-Egg Pasta from Ludwina," features the Caritas logo with the message "BY PURCHASING THIS PRODUCT, YOU SUPPORT CHILD NUTRITION!"
