Ingredients
- 150g Heart Pasta Polmak
- 50g honey melon
- 150g strawberries
- 50g chocolate
- 50g red currant
- 30g almonds
- Orange and mint leaves for decoration
Preparation:
1. Cook the pasta al dente. While cooking, prepare a puree from half of the strawberries - blend them with powdered sugar.
2. Coat the second half of the strawberries in melted chocolate.
3. Place the cooked pasta on plates, pour the puree over it, decorate with chocolate-covered strawberries and the remaining fruits.
Sprinkle the dish with crushed almonds.
