Farfalle with chicken, cherry tomatoes and arugula

Ingredients

  • 300g Farfalle Tak, jak lubię
  • 2 small chicken brests
  • 1 cup milk
  • salt
  • herbal pepper
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 100g cherry tomatoes
  • 3 handfuls arugula

Preparation:

Attention! Half an hour before preparing the dish, sprinkle the chicken with salt and herb pepper, pour a glass of milk over it, and refrigerate.

1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.

2. Drain the chicken and fry it in heated olive oil. When the chicken starts to firm up, add thinly sliced onion. Once the onion becomes translucent, mix everything thoroughly and add the pasta and cherry tomatoes quartered.

3. Heat all the ingredients on the pan for a while, then remove from the heat and add arugula and two tablespoons of olive oil. Mix thoroughly.

4. Enjoy your meal! Serve hot or cold.
