Farfalline in fruit sauce

Ingredients

  • 300g farfalline pasta Tak, jak lubię
  • 150g blackberries
  • 250g fresh blueberries
  • ½ cup fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • optional: chocolate ice cream

Preparation:

1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.

2. Blend frozen blackberries with sugar, most of the fresh blueberries, and mint until smooth (reserve some berries for decoration). If the consistency is too thick, you can add a little water.

3. Pour the sauce over the hot pasta.

4. Decorate with the remaining berries and mint leaves, serve immediately.

5. Enjoy your meal!
