Ingredients
- 300g Farfalline Tak, jak lubię
- broccoli
- a few garlic cloves
- 3 tablespoons almand flakes
- Parmezan cheese
- Olive oil
- salt
- pepper
Preparation:
1. Divide the broccoli into florets, wash, and cook until al dente. Drain.
2. Cook according to the package instructions.
3. Toast the almond flakes in a dry pan until golden brown, then transfer to a plate to cool.
4. Lightly fry the chopped garlic in olive oil, add the broccoli, and season with salt and pepper. Sauté for a moment over high heat.
5. Add the cooked pasta and mix it with the fried ingredients.
6. Serve the dish sprinkled with almond flakes and grated cheese.
