Cavatappi with mascarpone and rasberries 

Ingredients

  • 250g cavatappi pasta Tak, jak lubię
  • 200g mascarpone
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ lemon juice
  • 250g rasberries
  • 3 tablespoons almand flakes

Preparation:

1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.

2. Drain, leaving a bit of water in the pot. Add mascarpone and vanilla sugar. Heat for a moment, stirring well. Drizzle with lemon juice and mix again.

3. Serve the pasta with mascarpone on plates, sprinkle generously with raspberries and almond flakes.
