Penne with salmon and spinach 

Ingredients

  • 200g Penne Tak, jak lubię
  • 250g smoked salmon
  • rosemary
  • Black pepper
  • ½ lemon juice
  • One onion
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • oregano
  • salt
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 2 handfuls fresh spinach

Preparation:

Attention! Half an hour before preparing the dish, divide the smoked salmon into small pieces, sprinkle with rosemary and black pepper, drizzle with juice from half a lemon, and refrigerate.

1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. When draining, leave a little water.

2. Sauté the chopped onion in a small amount of oil.

3. Mix the cream with oregano, salt, and egg yolks using a whisk.

4. Add the drained pasta along with the remaining water to the skillet with the onion, then add the salmon with the seasonings. Mix everything with the cream sauce.

5. Finally, add fresh spinach leaves to the dish. Heat everything, stirring constantly, until the excess water evaporates and the sauce thickens.
