Spaghetti Carbonara

Ingredients

  • 150g linguini Tak, jak lubię
  • 2 eggs
  • 100g Bacon
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons persley
  • 30g Pecorino cheese
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation:

1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.

2. Beat the eggs in a deep plate with a fork. Chop the bacon into cubes and fry it on low heat in a skillet until lightly browned. Add chopped garlic and sauté for a moment longer.

3. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and mix with the ingredients. While stirring, add chopped parsley to the dish.

4. Remove the skillet from the heat, add half of the cheese and season with pepper. Pour the beaten eggs over the pasta and mix thoroughly before the eggs set.

5. Serve the pasta in a sauce made from thickened eggs on plates and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
